Rick and Diane Yockachonis

Associate Pastors Rick and Diane Yockachonis live in an old remodeled home in Opelika, AL with their new son, Gabe. They have experienced many trials in their marriage, but, more importantly, tremendous healing. Many families would be torn apart through infertility struggles and the loss of a job, but Rick and Diane only found hope and strength in the arms of their loving God. Although growing up without a father, Rick was drawn by the loving Heavenly Father who is without blemish. At that point, all that became important to him was Jesus and His ultimate sacrifice. Diane loves to laugh and worship God her Father with dance.

Chuck and Kathy Beams

Chuck and Kathy Beams graduated in 1997 from Auburn University School of Pharmacy. They are blessed with two energetic boys. In 2001, God touched their lives and called them back to Opelika to walk under the discipleship of Pastors John and Ashley Marsh. Together, they share a passion for healthy living and evangelism. They believe as Psalm 139:14 says: Our body is fearfully and wonderfully made and as 1 Corinthians 6:19 says: Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, we've been bought with a price and should therefore honor God with our bodies. They encourage and teach that you don't have to be sick and that Christians should be leading the way in healthy living. It is their prayer that souls will be saved through their teaching. Kathy's gifts are in administration and she coordinates the children's church activities at CCI. Chuck is an instrument rated pilot. God gave Chuck the vision of flying in 2004. He believes that flying will be a vital part of the future of CCI's ministry. email: chuckbeams@gmail.com
Len and Hope Tadych

Len and Hope Tadych have been a part of CCI since 1999 when God called them out of the "mega-church". They were both seeking more in their relationships with God so they left their teaching and serving positions to venture out into intimate discipleship relationships that CCI offered. In the process, they realized their marriage relationship after 12 years was superficial at best. Through many hard circumstances, one of which being the death of then Pastor Dwayne Wooten, Len realized he was not born again. With the help of Pastors John and Ashley Marsh Len became born again and God began the process of healing their marriage, finances and many, many other personal miracles.
Len has been a part of two trips to Mexico to construct churches and has conducted one trip to Mexico to plan the construction of a third church there. While at CCI Len and Hope felt God calling them to minister to families and began working with the youth of the church. After a year of working with the youth they understood that God was calling them to specifically minister to their parents first. They believe that it is vital to help parents receive what God has for them personally and in their role as parents in order for the entire families to be whole.
Len and Hope have three children they home school. Jacob is 15, Chris is 13, and Danielle is 12. They have led parenting classes at CCI and have personal discipleship relationships they are mentoring with at least three other individuals and/or couples at CCI. email: lenothmp@bellsouth.net

Both Jason and Melissa desire to help equip others to know Jesus intimately, and to help them allow God to fulfill all of their dreams. Jason was miraculously released from prison and has received a full pardon. Since then, God has placed men in his life with similar circumstances to encourage and show them there is hope. Melissa was raised in the church and became born again about five years ago. She feels the calling to speak into other women's lives and show them freedom from pain, and freedom to live life abundantly in Jesus. email: meljatuck@gmail.com
Laura Cauthen

Laura Cauthen experienced the salvation of Jesus at 19 years old after visiting CCI for a short time. From that point on, she believed that she was called to walk with the people here. Her life has been truly blessed since finding Jesus. Laura sings and plays guitar with the praise and worship band. She is an assistant to the Pastors in business and other miscellaneous matters.
Laura has a passion to help single young women realize life is found in Christ alone. She desires to encourage young women to stay under the covering of their parents (or God's ordained authority over them) and to hold themselves for their husbands, while all the time enjoying a relationship with Christ and other godly women. She also has a passion for budgeting and helping individuals and families accomplish their goals financially. email: lauracauthen1@gmail.com
